Do you operate a refund policy?

You have a right to cancel the cover within 14 days of the date you receive the policy documents. If you exercise this right you will be entitled to a refund of the premium unless a claim has been made. Any cancellation made after this cooling-off period will result in a refund of the unused premium (minus a £5 cancellation fee) providing no claims have been made in the current insurance period.
